About Dental Veneers

If you feel self-conscious about your appearance because of imperfections with your smile, porcelain dental veneers could be an excellent solution. Veneers will effectively cover your smile’s flaws so you can project to the world a glowing and improved version of you.

Porcelain veneers are thin shells of ceramic material that are applied to individual teeth to create a new shape or cover discoloration and damage. Porcelain veneers are a great option if you are looking to:

  • Brighten your smile or eliminate stains
  • Improve uniformity of your teeth
  • Close spaces between your teeth
  • Hide imperfections in your teeth, like chips and misalignment

The process of making veneers generally takes only a few appointments and can be completed in as short a time period as three weeks. During your first appointment, your dentist will take impressions and prepare your teeth for veneer placement. Temporary veneers will be adhered while our lab is working on the final product. Since your smile should reflect your unique personality and style, we will review your goals and preferences with you and recommend veneer-design based on this discussion.

We work closely with a master ceramicist who will craft your veneers based on your dental impressions, photographs, and our specifications. Then, your dentist will cement the restorations in place, tooth-by-tooth, adjusting as needed to create your new, improved smile.
